Brown University Shooter Manhunt Enters 4th Day:

As of Tuesday morning, authorities had still not apprehended the shooter who killed 2 and injured 9 at Brown University on Saturday. A spokesman for Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Neronha told CNN that an “enhanced” photo of a suspect would be released Tuesday.
